Operations Associate

• Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff to deploy and retrieve shared electric vehicles.
• Build a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment to supply a fully operational fleet.
• Define processes and best practices for operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and manage customer incidents.
• Partner cross-functionally on operations projects and collaborate with Government Relations on regulatory issues.

This role directly supports the expansion of shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation in Melbourne, reducing reliance on cars and contributing to a cleaner urban environment.

• 1-3 years of professional work experience, ideally 1+ year in an Operations role.
• Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets; Tableau and SQL knowledge a bonus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English.
