Operations Associate - Italy

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a market strategy to drive ridership, revenue, and operational excellence
• Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring optimal vehicle performance, efficiency, and safety
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, using data insights to drive continuous improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with other members of the Bird team to measure the impact and efficiency of projects and experiments

This role helps transform urban movement by making cities more livable through cleaner, affordable micromobility solutions that reduce gas-powered car usage and lower carbon emissions, contributing to climate goals and creating a more connected future.

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in project management, technology, supply chain, high-growth operations, or startups
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with project management and analytics expertise
• Exceptional communication in English and Italian
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
