Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day support including ad-hoc admin and quality assurance tasks, spotting and fixing small issues before they become big ones
  • Write and maintain quick start guides and SOPs to keep internal knowledge base current and easy to navigate
  • Handle basic technology troubleshooting, access management, and data cleaning across Coda, Google Workspace, Asana, and other tools
  • Serve as first line of defense for administrative inboxes, ensuring timely responses and answered questions

Required qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience owning and executing operationally complex work with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work independently
  • Proficiency with everyday tools such as Coda, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, or ability to learn them fast
  • Interest and experience using and/or implementing AI tools
