Operations and Integration Lead

• Maintain a lightweight operating backbone for Transformations Community, making active workstreams visible and ensuring follow-through.
• Prepare decision points by clarifying options, timing, and next actions; support clearer handoffs and team alignment.
• Use AI tools for task extraction, decision logging, document retrieval, and workflow support.
• Establish a simple weekly operating rhythm to keep the team aligned and reduce reliance on informal memory.

This role enables a global network of changemakers to operate more coherently, freeing up the Executive Director and team to focus on advancing social, ecological, technological, and institutional transformations.

• Substantial experience in operations, coordination, chief-of-staff, project/program operations, research center management, or nonprofit operations.
• Strong follow-through across multiple workstreams, systems judgment, and ability to build light structures that people use.
• Decision-preparation skills and clear written communication; relational tact in small, distributed teams.
• Experience in research, sustainability, systems change, field-building, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred.

Remote, flexible role within a small, globally distributed team. Significant autonomy. Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 full-time equivalent, depending on experience. Part-time to potentially full-time contractor position.
