Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the whole organization in day-to-day fundraising, human resources, finance, and administrative functions
- Serve as a liaison between Development and Operations departments to ensure optimal functioning
- Manage virtual office environment, coordinate scheduling across teams, conduct bookkeeping and record keeping
- Assist in grant management, prospect research, donor records maintenance, and fundraising initiatives

Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional administrative experience in office management, development, grants management, or bookkeeping
- Strong commitment to ensuring everyone has access to quality, affordable health care
- Experience working in a diverse team and applying an equity lens to all work
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Office and GSuite applications required
