Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the whole organization in day-to-day fundraising, human resources, finance, and administrative functions
  • Serve as a liaison between Development and Operations departments to ensure optimal functioning
  • Manage virtual office environment, coordinate scheduling across teams, conduct bookkeeping and record keeping
  • Assist in grant management, prospect research, donor records maintenance, and fundraising initiatives

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional administrative experience in office management, development, grants management, or bookkeeping
  • Strong commitment to ensuring everyone has access to quality, affordable health care
  • Experience working in a diverse team and applying an equity lens to all work
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and GSuite applications required
