Mission
What you will drive
Operational Technology Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain OT architecture standards across generation assets, including SCADA, networking, and data storage systems
- Develop and own the OT roadmap to support asset reliability, scalability, and long-term operational needs
- Establish policies, procedures, and documentation that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Lead OT cybersecurity efforts, including compliance with frameworks such as GISCP and other applicable standards
- Partner with internal security teams to identify, assess, and mitigate OT-specific cyber risks
- Support incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and recovery strategies for OT environments
Systems Reliability & Asset Support
- Oversee the performance, availability, and lifecycle management of OT systems across operating sites
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to troubleshoot system issues and support asset uptime
- Ensure secure remote access and data flow between field assets and enterprise systems
Vendors, Integrators & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Manage relationships with OT vendors, system integrators, and service providers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align access controls, change management, and system upgrades
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and prioritization of OT investments

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience leading or owning Operational Technology systems in energy, oil and gas, or industrial environments
- Hands-on knowledge of SCADA systems, industrial networking, and OT data storage architectures
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity principles and standards, including GISCP or comparable framework
- Understanding of industrial control system risk management and secure system design
- Ability to partner effectively with Operations, Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams
- Experience working with external vendors, integrators, and contractors
- A collaborative, detail-oriented work style that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Clear communication skills that help translate technical concepts for non-technical partners
