Operational Head

• Develop and implement a national operations strategy aligned with Infravision company goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of transmission line construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final handover, ensuring program management of nationwide projects.
• Manage and optimize project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control while leading and mentoring regional project managers.
• Foster a culture of safety excellence across all field teams, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

This role contributes to national infrastructure development by overseeing transmission line construction projects that enhance power distribution capabilities across India.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Construction Management, Project Management or a related field (highly preferred).
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in power transmission line construction with exhaustive exposure to power line stringing projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget with strong understanding of high voltage transmission line construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
