Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the operational accounting team responsible for accounting activities across Intersect's energy portfolio, including mentoring and developing team members.
- Oversee general ledger activities, consolidate and optimize month-end close processes, and support internal control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP, research and document technical accounting conclusions for complex transactions, and support compliance and external reporting.
- Evaluate and enhance accounting processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in Big Four public accounting audit.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, technical accounting research, and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
