Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support litigation in federal and state courts to advance Earthjustice's mission.
- Conduct administrative advocacy before federal agencies and state and local governments.
- Develop and execute other types of advocacy campaigns in collaboration with other Earthjustice attorneys, lobbyists, and communications staff.
- Collaborate with co-counsel in other organizations and oversee the work of outside experts.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in working location.
- 5-7 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in and understanding of Federal Indian law, tribal law, and environmental law.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Salary ranges by location:
- New York, NY and San Francisco, CA: $164,900 - $175,500
- Chicago, IL; Honolulu, HI; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; and Washington, D.C.: $156,700 - $166,700
- Anchorage & Juneau, AK; Denver, CO; and Philadelphia, PA: $148,400 - $158,000
- Bozeman, MT; Houston, TX; and Miami & Tallahassee, FL: $140,200 - $149,200
- Remote (US): varies by location
