Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage operational support including invoice processing, premium inventory monitoring, and meeting coordination for direct mail fundraising campaigns.
  • Support execution of direct mail and integrated fundraising campaigns, including production coordination, copy asset management, and timeline tracking.
  • Partner with Development Operations to maintain gift processing procedures and data entry standards.
  • Communicate direct mail program activities and performance results to internal stakeholders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree plus at least four years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and formatting skills; strong verbal communication.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail; able to handle shifting priorities and multiple projects.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM system or donor database such as Salesforce or Blackbaud eCRM.

Remote (US) varies by location. Full-time (37.5 hours/week), one-year term.
