Mission
What you will drive
- Own and coordinate the new hire onboarding program, including Day 1 orientation, safety training, company policies, and department handoff.
- Partner with supervisors and leaders to coordinate department-specific onboarding and support 30/60/90-day check-in schedules.
- Schedule and track required training across the business unit, including safety, compliance, skills development, and others as needed.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in training coordination, onboarding, HR support, learning administration, or a related role preferred.
- Experience coordinating schedules, programs, or activities across multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training activities and deadlines at once.
- Strong administrative, written, and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.
