OMRI is Hiring for an Application Specialist I/Bilingual Application Specialist I

• Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for current and prospective clients via phone and email, guiding them through service requests.
• Proactively assist clients in submitting Ongoing Compliance applications or renewals, and evaluate submissions to ensure continued compliance.
• Engage in outreach to clients and potential clients to support business development and client education.
• Contribute to quality management and continuous improvement by participating in team discussions and process improvements.

This role supports organic integrity by helping farmers and producers access trustworthy input materials, thereby promoting sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship.

• 2 years of general office or administrative experience required.
• Strong customer service skills and proficiency in standard office software, email, phone systems, and Adobe.
• Superior written and oral communication skills in English (and Spanish for bilingual role).
• High-level attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Starting salary: $40,455 to $45,455 per year; 40 hours per week; flexible work hours; generous PTO.
