Mission
What you will drive
- Plan and implement solar co-ops/Solar Switch campaigns, including partner cultivation, public info sessions, member support, and installer selection.
- Conduct policy, regulatory, and market research to support state program goals; assist with grant applications and reporting.
- Engage with legislators, local governments, and partner organizations to advance policy and programmatic goals; provide technical assistance on solar adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain web content, create advocacy resources, and represent the program at events and coalitions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Resident of Ohio with minimum 2 years of experience in community organizing, solar/renewables, or project management/coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and well-developed relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work remotely, travel frequently within Ohio (1-2 trips/month), and attend biannual retreats.
- Ability to plan and execute presentations and events; manage multiple complex projects.
