Officer - Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation (EAII Advisors) is responsible for monitoring, learning and evaluation of the EAII Advisors programme. The role will involve working closely with the programme team to design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tools and systems. The Officer will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to the programme team. The role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Officer will work closely with the programme team, including the Programme Manager, to ensure that the programme is meeting its objectives and making a positive impact. The role will also involve working with external partners and stakeholders to ensure that the programme is aligned with their needs and expectations. The Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with these partners and stakeholders, and for ensuring that the programme is meeting its commitments to them. The role will require a high level of autonomy and independence, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. The Officer will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and for ensuring that the programme is delivered on time and to a high standard. The role will also involve working with the programme team to develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan, which will include setting targets and indicators, and developing a system for collecting and analyzing data. The Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the programme is meeting its targets and indicators, and for providing regular updates to the programme team and external partners. The role will require a high level of technical expertise, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical skills, and for staying up-to-date with best practices and new technologies. The role will also involve working with the programme team to develop and implement a communication and engagement plan, which will include developing a strategy for communicating with programme stakeholders, and for engaging with them through various channels. The Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the programme is communicating effectively with its stakeholders, and for engaging with them in a way that is respectful and inclusive. The role will require a high level of cultural competence, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. The Officer will be responsible for working with programme stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and for ensuring that the programme is respectful and inclusive of all stakeholders. The role will also involve working with the programme team to develop and implement a risk management plan, which will include identifying and assessing risks, and developing strategies for mitigating them. The Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the programme is managing risks effectively, and for providing regular updates to the programme team and external partners. Profile

What makes you a great fit

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. monitoring and evaluation, public health, international development). At least 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
