Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage daily office operations at the Vienna headquarters and virtual office in Berlin, including front desk management, mail and shipping services, visitor coordination, vendor management, office supplies procurement, and workspace organization
  • Support with three Office Weeks annually, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Provide logistical support for on-site events, including management meetings, candidate interviews, Seller Days, and other company gatherings
  • Develop and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance convenience across office operations

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 1.5 years in administrative positions, ideally with background in office management or event coordination
  • Background in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience will also be taken into account
  • Solid understanding of office management fundamentals and event planning procedures
  • Strong organizational skills, fluency in English and German, and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities

Compensation: The CBA minimum remuneration for this role is EUR 2,195 per month (EUR 30,730 annually). Nonetheless, an overpayment is highly probable based on relevant experience.
