Office Manager and Executive Assistant

Office Management:

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring invoices are paid on time.
• Manage corporate credit card, purchase orders, and office supply budgets.
• Partner with IT for facilities and tech needs, and coordinate company visitors and office capacity.
• Ensure new hires receive building access and manage office pantry, lunches, and cleaning.

Employee Engagement:

• Manage biweekly new joiner communications and represent company culture and core values.

Executive Assistance:

• Manage President and executive team's schedules, calendars, appointments, and expenses.
• Ensure invoices and reimbursements are processed accurately and timely for the President.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Highly organized with ability to prioritize work and automate routine tasks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Budget ownership and Purchase Order (PO) experience.
• Professional experience using Slack and Slack apps, Google Suite, and Mac OS.
• Proactive, high-ownership approach with commitment to positive office environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience supporting C-level executives.
• Experience with Expensify and financial software applications (e.g., Coupa).
• First Aid or other Health and Safety qualification.
