About the Role
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support, and assisting with finance and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-organised working environment, including overseeing office supplies, equipment, stationery orders, and vendor relationships.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and wider leadership team, including diary coordination, travel booking, meeting preparation, and expense processing.
- Assist with routine finance administration, including invoice processing, receipts collation, card reconciliation, and liaising with the ICC UK finance team as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for UK events, training days, team gatherings, and visits from international colleagues, managing bookings, venue arrangements, and travel itineraries.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Knowledge of financial systems like Xero or Sage, Direct Debit management, and Gift Aid.
- Ability to maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensure GDPR-compliant data handling, and support compliance, audits, and policy renewals.
- Experience in office administration, including vendor management, onboarding support, and event coordination.

This is a part-time role with a small, passionate team, offering remote working and opportunities for growth within a Christian charity environment.
