Mission
What you will drive
- Administer grantmaking processes, including maintaining the grants database and tracking grants through the full lifecycle.
- Coordinate OCDI's engagement across the ORCA funder community, including regular check-ins and information tracking.
- Manage the OCDI Advisory Committee and key external meetings and events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics.

This role supports the Ocean-Climate Diplomacy Initiative (OCDI) in elevating the role of the ocean within the global climate agenda, helping to turn ocean-climate ambition into international agreements and national climate plans, thereby contributing to marine conservation and climate solutions.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum two years of experience in nonprofit administration, operations, logistics, executive assistance, and/or grants management.
- Demonstrated experience managing committee or board logistics and planning events, including international contexts.
- Proven experience administering databases and grantmaking processes; familiarity with Monday.com, Fluxx, or similar platforms.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
