Mission

What you will drive

  • Administer grantmaking processes, including maintaining the grants database and tracking grants through the full lifecycle.
  • Coordinate OCDI's engagement across the ORCA funder community, including regular check-ins and information tracking.
  • Manage the OCDI Advisory Committee and key external meetings and events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum two years of experience in nonprofit administration, operations, logistics, executive assistance, and/or grants management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing committee or board logistics and planning events, including international contexts.
  • Proven experience administering databases and grantmaking processes; familiarity with Monday.com, Fluxx, or similar platforms.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
