## Job Description

**Job Objectives & purposes**

Ensure smooth coordination of preventive and curative nutrition services at the facility, and integrate them within the primary and secondary health care service package offered both at the static/facility and outreach level.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**


**Representation:**

• Represent Amref Health Africa South Sudan in a working relationship with the community, provide guidance to facility staff and other teams within Amref to ensure smooth, quality and inclusive service delivery in the areas of implementation.

**Human Resources**

• Support and providing professional development and training to Community Nutrition Volunteers, guards, cleaners, and specifically to the Mother-to-Mother Support Groups
• Participate and facilitate in the recruitment of guards, cleaners, Community Nutrition Volunteers, and Mother-to-Mother Support Group members.

**Reporting Responsibilities**

• Maintain weekly and monthly supply consumption reports.
• Submission of weekly and monthly OTP/TSFP and CNV reports for data analysis.
• Maintain OTP/TSFP beneficiary record registers.
• Maintain session records.
• Report and monitor Community Feedback Mechanism
• Report on any issues related to nutrition activities.

## Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School Certificate from a Recognized Institutions.
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience within a CMAM Program.
• Ability and willingness to travel and stay at remote locations with potentially hostile environments and accommodating when faced with difficult working conditions.
**Other Skills**

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good record keeping, accurate reporting and numerical skills.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Fluency in written and spoken English with Dinka as a distinct added advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadline

• Ability to work independently

**Attitudes**

• Proactive and takes initiative.

• Flexibility

• Respect when dealing with others.

• Presentable, outgoing with a pleasant character
