What you will drive

  • Execute regional sales strategy to maximize volume and drive profitable growth across the Northeast territory.
  • Build strategic relationships with distributors, installers, and battery partners to drive growth and alignment.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and communicate the value proposition of ConnectDER products to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Product Owners, and Marketing to provide product demonstrations and training.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of solar market experience, preferably in Channel sales.
  • Technical understanding of the electrical grid and solar PV installation.
  • Expert knowledge of the Northeast solar/clean energy market.
  • Proven experience building sales plans and implementing sales strategies that drive results/profitability.
