Mission
What you will drive
- Identify, prioritize, plan, and implement stream restoration projects to improve fish passage, streamflow, habitat, and water quality in Western North Carolina.
- Collaborate with federal, state, local, and nonprofit partners to advance conservation goals.
- Manage budgets, grants, and reporting; assist with permitting and geomorphic surveys.
- Engage volunteers and communicate project successes to diverse audiences.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of conservation project management experience.
- Knowledge of fisheries, aquatic resource management, geomorphology, or restoration design.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with grant writing/management and Microsoft Office; valid driverโs license.
