Non-Profit Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media posts and campaigns to enhance MCM's online presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Facilitate the Orphan Support Program by managing correspondence between donors and the MCM MBwana coordinator in Malawi
• Support all aspects of fundraising and marketing initiatives, including event coordination
• Manage monthly bank account classifications and support nonprofit accounting activities

This role supports the Malawi Children's Mission in providing care and support to orphaned children in Malawi through donor engagement, fundraising, and program coordination.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working in the development department of a nonprofit organization
• Proficiency in CRM management (specifically Bloomerang) and donor database tools
• Proven experience in social media content creation and campaign execution
• Strong communication skills for donor correspondence and relationship management

Compensation: $40,000 annually

Contract - At Will (no benefits)

Part-Time (approximately 30 hours per week)

Remote work with collaboration during East Coast business hours
