Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the New York Conservation Partnership Program (NYCPP) and Forest Conservation Easements for Land Trust (FCELT) Program, including grants management, budgeting, and state contracting.
- Manage policy and advocacy efforts with the NY legislature and state agencies to advance land conservation priorities.
- Oversee education and training programs, including the annual NY Land Conservation Conference, and supervise a team of three staff.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years' experience with nonprofit organizations, preferably in land conservation.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated success in fundraising from foundations, corporations, and individuals.
- Strong project management experience with a minimum of 4 years in budget and grant management.
