New York Recruitment Manager (NYC/Tri State Area Strongly Preferred)

• Manage a portfolio of schools and youth-serving organizations in NYC and the Tri-State area to meet recruitment and revenue targets.
• Represent Global Glimpse at recruitment events, nurture leads, and close enrollment gaps.
• Develop new partnerships and strategize annual regional growth plans.

This role directly expands access to transformative global learning experiences for diverse high school students, fostering empathy, leadership, and community engagement.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or relationship-building with a track record of meeting enrollment/revenue targets.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and public speaking skills; proficiency in Google Suite and CRM platforms.
• Youth development or education experience preferred; Spanish fluency a plus.

Starting salary range: $77,000-$83,000. Comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Remote work with preference for Tri-State area. Travel 2-5 times per year for retreats and events.
