Mission

What you will drive

  • Support and grow programs in New York that assist farmland owners and farmers in adopting conservation practices, with a primary focus on AFT's Demonstration Farm Network in Western New York.
  • Work directly with demonstration farm partners to design, implement, and evaluate on-farm conservation trials, and strengthen engagement and collaboration across the network.
  • Provide technical assistance to farmers, coordinate outreach events (field days, workshops), and build relationships with agricultural service providers, agencies, and universities.
