Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Glisten's New Mexico Department of Health contract deliverables including trainings, social media campaigns, youth and educator summits, and Rainbow Library initiatives
  • Recruit and train new Glisten New Mexico leadership team and support existing volunteers to enact Glisten's mission throughout New Mexico
  • Develop, update, and curate resources to support Chapter engagement and leadership across the national Chapter Network
  • Track and analyze engagement and impact data to guide strategy and maintain systems to monitor program outcomes and effectiveness

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Five or more years of project or program management and logistics coordination with ability to oversee complex initiatives from planning through execution
  • Two or more years of facilitation or training experience designing and delivering engaging sessions for diverse audiences
  • Three or more years of experience in organizing and/or advocacy with deep understanding of issues facing people in educational settings
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Zoom
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing community engagement programs with broad strategic perspective

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary: $80,000 annually. The position is remote within New Mexico with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for special events. Willingness to travel domestically for special events is required.
