Core responsibilities:

  • Supporting grant administration, procurement, and supplier management
  • Supporting project management, including budgeting and reporting
  • Monitoring-Evaluation-Learning related tasks
  • Maintaining and expanding databases
  • Supporting communications, including content creation

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience or willingness to work with collaborative IT applications (Office365, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Zoom, Mentimeter)
  • Project management skills
  • Affinity for content creation and event organizing
  • Strong interpersonal, mediation, and communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated motivation to contribute to causes aligned with NEB values (climate activism, human rights organizing, civic/cultural involvement)
