Network Programs Director

• Lead programmatic strategy and organizational development as part of the Executive Leadership team.
• Oversee teams, initiatives, and campaigns, including setting goals, tracking progress, and managing contracts.
• Manage network membership, including onboarding, database maintenance, and facilitating collaborative spaces.

This role strengthens a national network of over 130 organizations working to reform chemical and fossil fuel industries, advancing environmental justice and a clean energy economy.

• 3-5 years of organizing experience in environmental health, climate, or related issues.
• Strong facilitation, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM (EveryAction preferred) and remote work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fully remote position within the US. Salary not specified. Travel 2-6 times per year. Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
