Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support distributed sensing across the Transformations Community by facilitating contribution and ensuring signals move from individual noticing to shared reflection
  • Maintain relational flow among practitioners who interpret and refine emerging signals from the field
  • Serve as primary point of connection for Ocean Ambassadors, supporting onboarding, ongoing connection, and light-touch convenings
  • Help ambassadors share stories, challenges, and learning across regions while coordinating with leadership to strengthen coherence and visibility

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years in network coordination, community organizing, or support of distributed teams/communities
  • Experience supporting ongoing participation and visibility across networks
  • Hands-on experience with shared digital coordination tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Airtable, or similar)
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to summarize patterns clearly for different audiences
  • Ability to work independently and remotely across time zones
  • Comfort working in loosely structured, evolving environments without detailed instructions
