What you will drive
- Implement customer feedback (changes/enhancements) by understanding expectations clearly, designing, and building solutions.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution, investigating and resolving complex issues, analyzing logs, application behavior, and system performance to identify root causes.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-impact issues and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term fixes or enhancements.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, and rollback procedures, validating post-deployment stability and performance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1 to 4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack technologies.
- Good working knowledge of .NET Core (6/7/8), C#, Asp.net Core, MVC, WebAPI, Angular 7+, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, MSSQL, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with UI testing, unit testing (MS Test/Jasmine/MOQ/NUnit/Karma), code review processes, troubleshooting complex issues, and writing efficient code and queries.
- Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM methodology, SOA projects, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenIDC), and guiding junior team members.
