Mission

What you will drive

  • Support NERC and other regulatory compliance programs for generation assets, including Inverter-Based Resources (IBR).
  • Track regulatory requirements, deadlines, and reporting obligations; organize and maintain compliance evidence.
  • Assist with audits, spot checks, self-certifications, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure ongoing compliance readiness.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in NERC/regulatory compliance, electric utility operations, or generation compliance preferred.
  • Familiarity with NERC Reliability Standards and compliance programs such as ERCOT, PUCT, or other utility regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
