NERC/Regulatory Compliance Analyst - Battery Storage

• Support NERC and other regulatory compliance programs for generation assets, including Inverter-Based Resources (IBR).
• Track regulatory requirements, deadlines, and reporting obligations; organize and maintain compliance evidence.
• Assist with audits, spot checks, self-certifications, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure ongoing compliance readiness.

This role ensures that energy storage assets operate reliably and in compliance with grid reliability standards, directly supporting the decarbonization of power markets and the transition to cleaner energy infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in NERC/regulatory compliance, electric utility operations, or generation compliance preferred.
• Familiarity with NERC Reliability Standards and compliance programs such as ERCOT, PUCT, or other utility regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
