Mission
What you will drive
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage program work within the National Organizing Department, setting strategy for program plans and campaigns, writing proposals, and project managing staff execution
- Supervise and support National Organizing Department staff through weekly check-ins, workplan tracking, HR matters, coaching, and leadership development
- Coordinate and administer cross-departmental communication, participate in various meetings, and handle administrative tasks like timesheets and expense submissions

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years experience with campaign organizing, managing teams, developing internal systems, and volunteer recruitment/training/management
- Experience managing complex projects with personnel and budgets, and supervising or overseeing others
- Experience designing and leading teams through campaign planning, execution, and evaluation, and organizing on issues of racial and economic justice
- Familiarity with constituent relationship management systems like EveryAction and digital tools for base engagement
