Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all outreach events including phonebanks, textbanks, canvassing programs, and electoral deployments across multiple states
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for national voter outreach and campaign support across priority states
  • Serve as primary point of contact between field teams, campaign leadership, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of field strategy
  • Work closely with data strategy team to provide feedback on turf, voter/tenant outreach lists, and campaign performance

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in field organizing, volunteer management, or campaign mobilization in electoral or issue-based campaigns
  • 4+ years experience managing volunteers in phonebanks, textbanks, canvassing, or deployment-style field programs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel during peak campaign periods
  • Experience and familiarity with housing justice, gentrification, displacement, and anti-eviction work
