National Organizer Job Description

• Support and strengthen local chapters and Regional Coordinators.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteer leaders.
• Coordinate participation in national campaigns, actions, webinars, and mobilizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with coalition partners and allied organizations.

This role strengthens grassroots organizing to build a culture of peace, challenge militarism, and defend human rights, directly supporting veterans and communities affected by war.

• Experience in community, labor, issue-based, or movement organizing.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Competitive salary based on experience and market value. Remote position with travel required for conventions, training sessions, and national mobilizations.
