Core responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sector Managers and the Water Resources Sector Director to grow and diversify hydrology and water resources services while contributing technical leadership and industry insight in dams, flooding, drought and integrated water management.
  • Support, mentor and develop team members through coaching and knowledge sharing, helping them thrive and reach their potential in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding client needs, maintaining an established local portfolio, and ensuring responsive, high-quality communication and delivery.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities by contributing to business development, cross-selling, and the preparation of compelling proposals and bids.
