Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the National Field Director in the development, refinement, and execution of national field program strategy
- Lead the design of scalable field programs, including voter contact models, persuasion frameworks, and GOTV programming
- Develop, maintain, and distribute national training materials for field staff, including onboarding curricula, toolkits, and professional development resources
- Create and standardize field assets such as scripts, canvass packets, training guides, and best-practice documentation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 6–9 years of experience in political campaigns, organizing, or related programmatic roles, including previous experience in senior program, training, or deputy director–level roles on campaigns or advocacy organizations
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale field programs across multiple states or districts
- Strong understanding of voter contact programs, persuasion, turnout, and field organizing models
- Strong program design skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear, usable field programming
