National Consultant Gender Equality & Women's Empowerment Expert - Endline Evaluation of the UNFPA/Norway Project

• Support the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of the endline evaluation of the UNFPA/Norway SRHR project in Nigeria
• Conduct field data collection including key informant interviews and focus group discussions with stakeholders in Gombe, Kaduna, and Akwa Ibom States
• Provide contextual, cultural, and gender expertise relevant to Nigeria's SRHR, GBV, and harmful practices landscape
• Ensure gender-responsive, rights-based, and contextually grounded analysis of evaluation findings

This role contributes to improving sexual and reproductive health and rights, reducing gender-based violence, and eliminating harmful practices in Nigeria through evidence-based evaluation and gender-responsive programming.

• Expertise in gender equality, women's empowerment, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR)
• Experience conducting evaluations, data collection, and analysis in development contexts
• Strong understanding of Nigeria's cultural, social, and gender dynamics
