Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for implementing the Norway-funded project focused on reducing maternal mortality through post-partum hemorrhage (PPH) interventions in five Angolan provinces
- Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of PPH assessment study activities including data collection, training, and dissemination
- Facilitate coordination between UNFPA, Ministry of Health, provincial health departments, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Develop advocacy strategies and support capacity building for health professionals on new WHO-FIGO-ICM PPH guidelines

Required qualifications:
- Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in public health, reproductive health, or related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Experience in project implementation, monitoring, and reporting in maternal health or sexual reproductive health programs
- Ability to work with government ministries, health departments, and community stakeholders in Angola
