National Consultancy, Review of UNFPA/Government of Nigeria 9th Country Programme - Gender and Humanitarian Response Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the UNFPA/Government of Nigeria 9th Country Programme with a focus on gender and humanitarian response components
• Analyze and assess the effectiveness of gender integration and humanitarian response strategies within the country programme
• Provide expert recommendations for strengthening gender mainstreaming and humanitarian response mechanisms in future programming
• Develop assessment reports and documentation to inform programme improvements and strategic planning

This role strengthens gender mainstreaming and humanitarian response mechanisms in UNFPA's programming in Nigeria, contributing to more effective gender integration and humanitarian assistance.
