National Accounts Executive

Core responsibilities:

• Build and manage a portfolio of geographically segmented prospects including disposal, transportation, master service agreements and consolidated agreements within a defined regional geography
• Formulate and lead appropriate National Account and field teams to execute on a well-defined pursuit strategy to acquire assigned targeted regional and/or national prospects
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to multiple levels within prospect organizations and effectively manage follow-up and negotiations
• Maintain and build rapport with senior and C-level executives to formulate strong, long-term business relationships built on trust and confidence

This role helps Republic Services advance circularity and support decarbonization efforts, partnering with customers to create a more sustainable world through comprehensive environmental services.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling to large accounts or complex contracts
• Experience identifying, negotiating and closing major sales opportunities
• Must reside in one of the following U.S. states: NC, SC, VA, MD, DE, WV, DC
