What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with retail and wholesale partners
- Drive business growth with existing customers through strategic account planning and cross-functional partnerships
- Partner with cross-functional team to build fit-for-purpose sales planning, forecasting, and revenue management processes
- Improve sales systems and workflows to support our next stage of growth

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales roles within CPG, fresh produce, or food/beverage retail
- Proven track record managing retail accounts (natural/specialty retail experience preferred)
- Experience with both customer-facing account management AND sales operations/planning
- Strong leadership skills and self-direction with a history of growing top line sales
