What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with retail and wholesale partners
  • Drive business growth with existing customers through strategic account planning and cross-functional partnerships
  • Partner with cross-functional team to build fit-for-purpose sales planning, forecasting, and revenue management processes
  • Improve sales systems and workflows to support our next stage of growth

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years in sales roles within CPG, fresh produce, or food/beverage retail
  • Proven track record managing retail accounts (natural/specialty retail experience preferred)
  • Experience with both customer-facing account management AND sales operations/planning
  • Strong leadership skills and self-direction with a history of growing top line sales
