MV/HV Safety Manager (Remote)

• Coordinate, implement, and monitor Corporate Safety Programs at utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training, develop job-specific safety plans, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Investigate accidents, lead near-miss investigations, and compile accident report summaries.
• Develop and deliver safety training through onsite, local, and LMS-based methods.

This role ensures the safety of workers building renewable energy infrastructure, directly contributing to the expansion of clean energy and reducing harm in the solar and battery storage industry.

• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years of solar safety experience; 5 years in safety or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e.
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities for safety and loss control.
• Willing to travel 75%.

Compensation Range: $107,467.00 - $134,334.00
