MV/HV Safety Manager (Remote)

• Coordinate, implement, and monitor Corporate Safety Programs at various project locations.
• Provide electrical safety training and education, develop job-specific safety plans, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Investigate accidents, lead near-miss investigations, and develop corrective action plans.
• Regularly review and revise Electrical Safety Program documents to keep current with industry codes and best practices.

This role ensures the safety of workers in utility-scale solar and high-voltage environments, reducing accidents and promoting a culture of safety that protects lives and enables the clean energy transition.

• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or 7 years of solar safety experience; 5 years of safety-related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70e.
• Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities for safety and loss control.
• Willing to travel 75%.
