Multimedia Specialist

• Produce high-quality video content including live streaming, pre-recorded videos for marketing, training, and internal communications.
• Capture and edit professional photography for headshots, events, and project sites, including drone aerial shots.
• Manage and organize multimedia content on SharePoint and LMS, ensuring quality and accessibility.
• Utilize generative AI tools for content creation and editing, and assist in maintaining the recording studio.

This role supports Pure Power Engineering's mission to design large-scale solar PV systems, contributing to the growth of renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions. By creating engaging multimedia content, the specialist helps promote solar energy adoption and educates stakeholders on sustainable practices.

• 1-4 years of experience in video production and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.
