Multimedia Graphic Designer

• Design documents (digital and print) using Adobe InDesign, such as event program books, promotional materials, and annual impact reports.
• Create annual branding looks and materials packages, manage and design signage for in-person events, and design content for social media with a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Design printed merchandise and update the design and content of the FIRST Global website using WordPress.

This role helps inspire youth worldwide through the sport of robotics, fostering innovation, teamwork, and cultural exchange to solve global challenges using STEM.

• 2+ years experience in graphic design or multimedia, preferably for a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar field.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and international cultural awareness.
