Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Enhance multimedia accessibility by supporting captioning, transcription, and translation workflows through the 3PlayMedia platform
- Provide excellent customer service to Facing History's diverse user base, with a focus on educator, school, and district support
- Submit video and audio files for captioning, review caption files and transcripts for accuracy, and add caption files to videos in the Brightcove platform
- Triage customer inquiries via Salesforce, provide technical support for professional learning events, and troubleshoot technical issues with colleagues and end-users

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience, with virtual/hybrid customer service experience through email, live chat, and phone strongly preferred
- Excellent computer skills including experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce preferred
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail and time management
- Passionate about developing processes and systems, ability to work independently, prioritize, and creatively problem-solve in a busy, fluid setting
