Multi-Skilled ReUse Network Team Member

• Carry out safety and compliance checks, including PAT testing, secure load management, and adherence to organisational health & safety procedures
• Provide guidance and training to RRC teams on items suitable for reUse and required pre-checks
• Deliver excellent customer service in shops and at RRCs, promoting the environmental and social benefits of reUse
• Support retail operations through sorting, pricing, merchandising, display changes, themed promotions, and upcycling projects

This role supports waste reduction and sustainability by promoting reUse of items, helping to recycle 70% of items through Reuse and Recycling Centres and contributing to environmental benefits.

• Valid UK category B driving license
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices, including safe handling, lifting, and transporting goods
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly, informative guidance
• Experience with manual handling and transportation of goods, including experience in driving larger vehicles
