What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, Learning and Adapting (MERLA) for the project
- Design and implement robust MERLA systems
- Track indicator data for the prime contractor and partners
- Conduct data quality control and draft required reports
- Facilitate mechanisms for programmatic learning and adapting

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in written communications and M&E
- Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Data Management, Journalism, Public Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years working in international development
- Experience in implementing USAID supported projects and knowledge of USAID rules and regulations (added advantage)
