Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Manager

As the MEL Manager, you will:

• Own core program data and monitoring processes end-to-end, including reviewing, auditing, and processing diverse data sources like paper register photos, SurveyCTO submissions, and phone surveys
• Execute sensitive, mission-critical operational MEL tasks such as caregiver enrolment into reminder systems and health worker reimbursement
• Maintain and update core dashboards and recurring monitoring analyses to support day-to-day program oversight
• Line-manage and support a growing team of MEL Officers, providing feedback, coaching, and supporting hiring processes

This role creates positive change by ensuring accurate data processing and evidence-based learning for Notify Health's vaccination reminder programs, directly contributing to increased immunization rates and improved child health outcomes across Nigeria.

Essential qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, program analytics, or similar data-driven roles in health or development programs
• Proven experience managing or supervising at least 2-3 staff, ideally MEL officers or data staff
• Strong hands-on skills with spreadsheets and data visualization tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, SurveyCTO)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute repetitive data processes with high accuracy
• Clear and proactive communication skills in written and spoken English
