What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the institutionalisation and operationalisation of robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems across programmes
- Ensure data quality, integrity, density, and recency across programmes through well-defined data pipelines
- Facilitate learning reviews and reflection sessions at project and programme levels
- Build internal MEL capacity through training, workshops, and coaching support for programme teams

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in M&E, Impact Evaluation, preferably in nonprofit, development, or research settings
- Strong knowledge of MEL frameworks (OECD-DAC, LogFrame, RBM, ToC), evaluation methodologies, and learning systems
- Experience with data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and tools such as Nvivo, SPSS, Power BI, Excel, R, STATA, or similar
